This place suits me perfectly with great outdoor swimming pools, fast wi-fi, and helpful 24-hour reception. I remember the first time when staff assisted me with printing documents. Definitely recommend it!

Had an awesome group vacation! Enjoyed the nearby white sand beaches and explored a few local spots. The pools were great, and the fitness room was a nice touch. Just a heads up, the wifi was a bit slow at times but overall, fantastic value for money.

One downside was the food service at the restaurant. Some meals looked kind of soggy and were not as fresh as we'd hoped.

I really enjoyed my week here, especially the relaxing hours spent at the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and unwinding in the sauna after a long day. The amenities rival those of five-star hotels but at a fraction of the price, making it an excellent find. My only complaint was that the breakfast could have offered more variety, but honestly, I can’t wait to come back! 😊

Great stay for families!

We spent 7 nights in a deluxe poolside room and it was super comfy. Staff was really nice, especially the manager, who helped out with our baby. Loved the breakfast spread – so many tasty options! The only thing was reception was kinda busy and not super informative. Overall, great value for the money!

i had an amazing weekend trip to kata beach, and this resort truly exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the buffet breakfast was diverse, offering both local and international options that were delicious.

The stay was enjoyable overall. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful Kata Beach, and the room offered a lovely balcony view of the hills. The pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing spot to relax after a day of exploring. However, encountering some maintenance issues with the bathroom plumbing was frustrating, but the staff was friendly enough. It's a bit of a trek up the hill to the reception, which could be challenging at times.

The room was decent, nothing too fancy for a 4-star, but it did meet our expectations. The beds were comfy, which was a plus. We got an extra bed for free when we had a sick family member, which was really nice of them. The air conditioning worked well. Just wish there were more power outlets by the bedside. Overall, it was comfy enough for a good stay.

great staff but steep climb

The young lady at the reception made our stay memorable, she sent us to a wonderful sea view room and remembered our room number throughout our stay. The staff, including the bellboy and maids, were incredibly friendly and supportive.

The location was on a hill, which might not be convenient for everyone.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the breakfast with an omelette made to order was a highlight, and the location was very convenient for exploring nearby shops and restaurants.
